Note

Privacy

Last updated: November 2026. This is a plain-language summary of how Note handles your data.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We store the notebooks, notes, pictures and history you create. We do not read your notes, and we do not sell or share your data.

Who can see your notes

Only you, unless you share a note. If you turn on sharing, anyone with the link can read that note, except pages you mark private. People you add by email can also edit it. You can stop sharing, reset the link, or remove an editor at any time.

Cookies and storage

We use a sign-in cookie and your browser's local storage for settings and for drafts that have not been saved yet. We do not use advertising cookies.

Videos

If a note contains a YouTube video, it is played from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

Your control

In Settings you can download all of your notes, or delete your account. Deleting your account removes your notes, pictures and history.
